At Healing Pathways, we begin couples work with a brief assessment to determine readiness and commitment levels to do the work of couple's therapy. Once the couple has demonstrated a desire to work on repairing and enhancing the relationship, we are committed to several models to strengthen connection. Being familiar with the research at the Gottman Institute, we endorse many of the interventions employed there. In addition, we have studied sex therapies to assist couples who have been in long-standing relationships to keep their connections strong and vibrant. We are here to help!
