Lark began her training in Gottman Couples Therapy in 2016 and was certified as a Gottman Therapist in 2022. She enjoys providing counseling for couples struggling with addiction issues and betrayal issues, couples adjusting to parenthood and trying to manage conflict better, in addition to other issues. Lark has also been training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy since 2018. Lark enjoys hiking, singing, dancing, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
