At Connected Life Family Therapy we look at the connection of the relationship/marriage. We use Emotionally Focused Couples & Family Therapy (EFT) to help you feel seen, heard and understood. Looking first at the negative cycle that happens in the relationship, we help you understand what contributes to the perpetuation of that painful cycle. Then, we are able to begin steps to create a new positive cycle that increases connection, trust and security in your relationship.
