Kayla earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University in 2015. Since then she has worked in a mental health residential program and an outpatient addictions program in Long Island, New York. She has also worked at an inpatient addiction program in Guelph Canada before moving and settling down in Charlotte, NC. She is experienced in group counseling, individual counseling, crisis intervention, couples counseling, family counseling and facilitating psycho-educational groups. She now works part-time providing telehealth counseling.
