I am a systemically trained therapist; this allows me to support individuals, couples, polycules, organizations, groups, and families on a larger level. I consider every part of a person and how that plays a role in who they are and how they move throughout the world in relation to others. When considering the systems of an individual, couple, polycule, organization, group, or family, I assess the neighborhood, socioeconomic status, employment, family of origin, faith, education, oppression, age, gender, orientation, and more of each person.
With years of experience in education, therapy, and supporting individuals in achieving their goals, I am able to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe space for individuals and/or partners.
I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered, and intersectional approach. Meaning, I will not ask you “what happened to you?” instead, “how did that impact you?” and “how can I support you?” My goal is to meet each clients needs in a way that is collaborative and meaningful.
