I work with individuals and couples to strengthen their partnership and also help them make the best and healthiest decisions for themselves and their families. Using imago marital therapy, the teachings of Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt, and other methodologies, I help partners listen to each other empathically, see each other’s perspective more clearly, and improve communication. My goal is to quickly identify the issues that are interfering with intimacy and trust—such as family history, addictions, or unhealthy dynamics—and resolve them to both partners' satisfaction.
