Dr. Jessica Borelli received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Yale University, after which she completed her predoctoral clinical internship at UCLAs Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Science at the University of California, Irvine, where she directs THRIVE Laboratory. and is the Clinical Director and founder of emPATH Clinical Services in Newport Beach, California. Her research focuses on the connections between relationships, emotion, and health. In her clinical practice, Dr. Borelli and her team specialize in working with families, children, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
