Relationships are hard. As much as we want them to be easy, they aren't. Even in the good times, relationships take work.
What I do with couples is give them the tools to work smarter, not harder.
I teach them how to communicate, resolve conflict, build intimacy and have fun! I do this by showing them how the simple things, that often seem impossible, are easy to achieve. You just have to put effort in the right places.
I give couples the space and freedom to talk openly about their problems, their desires, their goals, needs, wants, etc. in ways that they never thought possible.
I do this all through conversation. Nothing else. Nothing fancy. Nothing to be afraid of. Just simply talking.
All you have to do is come willing to change. Willing to be open and honest about everything.
Put those things together and we can make magic happen.
