Teen Focused Counseling provides counseling for teens, adults, and couples in Northwest Arkansas. I have training in Emotion Focused therapy that I utilize concepts and techniques from when working with couples. I utilize the strengths of the couple, while also taking the relationship to a new and deeper level. Patience, respect, and love are the values that I encourage in session and help the couples to develop their own set of values for their relationship.
I also have a large amount of experience counseling teens and their parents. If you have a teen that seems out of control, depresssed, anger, or has low self-esteem don't hesitate to schedule a free first session with me to see if I am the right counselor for you!
