Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and a Developmental Disabilities Mental Health Specialist. She believes you are naturally whole and negative experiences can change the way we think and be in the world. Jennifer helps adults adjusting with unresolved trauma, people with intellectual disabilities who also have mental health needs, and caregivers and social workers who are experiencing burnout. She has completed her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Antioch University-Seattle Campus. Jennifer is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Freedom Techniqe EFT, guided meditation and Reiki.
