I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California with over 1 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, insomnia, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I have extensive experience in working with anxiety and depression in adults. I am neurodiversity affirming and also specialize in working with parents of neurodivergent children, as well as adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life.
When we get "stuck" in life, we can begin to feel lost and confused. My goal is to help you figure out what is making you feel "stuck," and collaboratively help you to make the necessary adjustments in your life to get "unstuck." Together, we will walk the path toward your new future. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I utilize various treatment modalities in my practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship and rapport building are vital in helping clients get the most out of their counseling experience. My role is to help support my clients in creating attainable goals that they can succeed in accomplishing.
