Hello! I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Professional in the state of Louisiana.
I use mostly Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples develop a more efficient way to communicate their needs and emotions so they can feel understood, appreciated, respected, and seen. Through collaborative work, intercultural couples will learn to utilize their cultural differences to create a more compassionate and integrative atmosphere for their relationship, which will, consequently, improve their marital satisfaction. My work comes from the attachment perspective and is delivered in the safe, confidential, and welcoming space of my office or online.
