I use research based data to implement a Family Systems approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Psychotherapy, Art Therapy and others as needed to help couples heal from past hurts and discover where pains from the past may be impacting their current relationship.
I teach couples how to communicate in a healthy fashion and express their needs and understand and meet the needs of their partner.
With commitment and tools that I give the couples I work with, they are able to see hope and restore trust and emotional connectivity in their relationship.
I am also able to provide in-home counseling and tele-therapy.
