I have a passion for empowering individuals in their lives and a joy for helping couples thrive in their relationships. This passion has lead me to getting my license in Marriage and Family therapy, to pursue certification as a facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich program, and being certified by the Relationship Coaching Institute as a Singles Coach and a Couples Coach. My approach is solution focused in equipping couples with the tools they need to resolve conflicts. These tools include a guide to communication, building trust, and cultivating intimacy. I am known in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individual work and emotional attunement for couples work. I strongly believe that solid relationships are formed from solid individuals so at times I might work with each partner individually to target growth areas and strengthen the individual for the ultimate goal of bettering the relationship.
