My name is Heath and I am warm, experienced, certified and licensed marriage and family therapist. Couples come to me because they want to reduce the conflict in their relationship, communicate in a more loving way, and build a supportive partnership that enriches both of their lives. I believe the key to life-altering couples therapy is an honest, safe and trusting relationship with your therapist. I am a mother of three and a wife of twenty-five years and I draw upon the wisdom and humility gained from these life experiences. When I see couples making decisions that hurt each other, I am not hesitant to call them on it, and push each to take responsibility for their actions and make changes that will strengthen their relationship.
