My coaching approach is to partner with couples in a safe environment to work on achieving their relationship goals. We discover, define and design the positive changes they want to achieve. I initially conduct an assessment with each partner to discover the issues that are preventing them from being an effective partner. We then work together on these issues and focus on making positive changes in the relationship.
