My approach is down-to-earth, directly engaged, and whole-hearted. I have been in practice as a licensed psychotherapist for over 17 years and specialize in counseling individuals and couples through a variety of issues and concerns. Some of these may include depression, anxiety, infidelity, divorce, complex trauma, major life transitions, grief, codependency, anger management, sex addiction (both addict and partner recovery) and love addiction.
While some of our issues may be relieved relatively quickly, others have greater underlying concerns to address. Our work together isn't merely to alleviate your symptoms, but to create deep and lasting change. I'm here to help with short-term "quick fixes" as well as deep and meaningful lasting change.
