I am a body-centered psychotherapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship issues. My work focuses on connecting individuals to their bodies and mind to create more effective relationships with themselves and others. I utilize mindfulness-based practices, somatic therapies, expressive therapies, and psychodynamic approaches to tailor to my client's needs. I am trained in EMDR, MBSR, and Synergetic Play Therapy which I use to strengthen the attachment to self. By connecting with our inner states and cultivating a greater sense of safety, the client will learn to trust themselves and then be able to build better relationships with others.
