I see counseling as a collaborative partnership to further develop your sense of choice and empowerment. Using your values and belief systems as a template, my goal is help you form new and healthier relationships with yourself and your narrative. I use an integrative approach to counseling that blends cognitive-behavioral techniques with acceptance and compassion. I would love to help you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
I don't provide marriage/couples counseling at this time, but I do work with individuals with a focus on communication and interpersonal issues. I especially love working with clients on reducing codependency and building assertiveness skills.
