I am a sex therapist in the state of Florida.
I have completed additional advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). EFT is one of the most effective forms of couples therapy and I believe that it is an incredible way to bring about change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the state of Florida (MT3066). The work that I do pulls intuitively from Focusing Oriented Therapy, Psychosynthesis, EFT (above), mindfulness, and embodiment, among others.
