Couples learn to repair, restore and renew their relationships. We identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and help you learn easy effective ways to improve your communication and encourage your sense of fun and playfulness that you experienced early on in your relationship. I have been trained in the most up-to-date effective methods that couples counseling has to offer, specifically Gottman Method Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy and use those approaches regularly in my counseling sessions.
