Tenacious Life Therapy was born out of my desire to help people navigate difficult periods in their lives. My approach to treatment is centered around the uniqueness of individuals, which makes their life experience different from everyone. Sessions are conducted with the intention of identifing the root cause of problems and developing a plan that works for the client, helping them find a solution to the problem(s). I only offer on-line sessions, but you can rest assured that you will still receive quality services. On-line therapy has been proven to work very well for my clients.
