At my practice our team takes a client centered approach. What does that mean to you? It means we do not use a one model fits all approach. We use various models such as RT, EFT, EMDR, ACT, Gottman, Mindfulness and Narrative therapy. It means that from the minute your therapist says "game on!" you and the therapist are on the journey towards your goal. Together you will find strength and hope. You will work through your pain, your loss, your marital conflict, your feeling of defeat, your despair. Bottom line, "You can do hard things and you will grow!" We will help you establish a personalized action plan! Your goals will be assessed at the begining of each session. Homework will be assigned, challenges extended and support and validation given along the way.
