I have experience working with adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings including agencies, family clinics, universities, courts, hospitals, and private practices, providing me with a wealth of experience with numerous issues and ages.

I earned a Doctorate in Family Studies from Texas Woman's University and a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, and a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. I have been married for 28 years and raised three awesome children.
