I am a licensed psychologist with a specialization in Trauma Informed Treatment. My main theoretical orientation is Humanistic with preferred treatment methods through the evidence based practices of Client Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I provide therapy services to individuals and families in Murrieta, CA.
I have conducted assessment, testing, and psychotherapy in both inpatient and outpatient facilities in San Diego, CA. In my inpatient experience, I provided brief individual and group therapy to adults housed in inpatient residential treatment with serious mental illnesses and co-occuring substance use disorders. I have also conducted risk assessment and engaged in de-escalation techniques with incarcerated populations. I have provided long term outpatient therapy services to children, adults, and families primarily focused on treating symptoms related to childhood abuse. I have further worked with improving parent child relationships addressing behavior and conduct problems in children.
