I help couples listen to each other in new ways, in order to better undertand each other, to feel better understood, and to better know how to love, protect, respect and support each other in their different points of view, feelings and needs.
My training and tools include Gottman Method Couples Therapy® (Level III trained and a Facilitator for two Gottman Institute programs), Attachment Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Other training and credentials that can come to bear in helping couples include: trauma informed (EMDR therapist), temperament informed (Myers-Briggs, DiSC, Enneagram), theologically trained (MDiv, DMin, CSD), and speciality-trained in affair recovery.
