Too often, psychotherapy focuses on reducing symptoms such as depression or anxiety rather than identifying and resolving experiences causing these signs of personal distress. Psychotherapy involves learning skills which promote emotional health such as awareness of your feelings and needs, communicating effectively, having fulfilling relationships, and making healthy life choices.

I have practiced in the counseling field for 30+ years. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression and relationship issues, including people struggling with communication during divorce and co-parenting after divorce. I work compassionately with individuals and couples experiencing conflicts in their relationship. I can hear your child/teen and help mend painful emotions.
