Darina Alban is a licensed couples and marriage therapist in the Greater Baltimore - Washington Area. Darina helps couples with communication problems, conflict, problems with trust, intimacy and rebuilding marriage after infidelity. Prior to becoming a marriage therapist, Darina worked as a Shock Trauma Nurse. Darina graduated from The University of Maryland; she trained and worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Darina has completed all the levels of the Gottman Method Couples Counseling training though the Gottman Institute along with EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) training. Both EFT and the Gottman Method are cutting edge evidence based approaches to help couples thrive.
