Danielle is a a life coach and psychotherapist. She specializes in mindfulness therapy (DBT) and uses her training in trauma, meditation, and metaphysics to help clients transcend problems of their mind (depression, anxiety) and their conditioning (learned patterns). Danielle uses a blend of psychoeducation to help her clients, couples and families be more skillful in their emotional regulation, awareness and behaviors. Danielle is a meditation and yoga instructor and helps clients increase their awareness to change long patterns of communicating and approaching life in a new way. Danielle educates clients on skills to compassionately and skillfully approach their inner relationship with themselves so that they can meet their partners in a more loving and meaningful way. Danielle recognizes the challenges the are triggered in relationships but sees them as purposeful aides in self growth, therefore helping clients not fear challenges but embrace them.
