Are you experiencing a "rough spot" in your relationship? Feeling unheard or misunderstood by your partner? Maybe a new change has brought friction where there once was harmony? Relationships are a critical part of our life, and conflict in them creates distress that leaks into our work and well-being. If you're ready to get help, I can provide the environment to mend broken bridges and build new connections.
In couples and families, each person comes into the relationship with their own backstories and these can interact in both positive and negative ways. Patterns form; sometimes they are supportive and adaptive, and sometimes they can amplify distress and conflict. I specialize in recognizing maladaptive patterns as well as the internal needs that drive them, and providing inspiration to build new ones.
Relationships can be complicated and confusing at times. I'm here to help you understand why your patterns happen and to give you the tools to build connections you desire. It may not be easy, but quality relationships spread joy around us. If you're ready to take that step with me, I would love to help you. Please reach out to schedule a free consultation.
