I am passionate about helping couplesachieve what they want out of their relationship and working through the struggles that exist through therapeutic techniques and practices relative to their relationship. I encourage exploration of how past traumas cause struggles in our lives and relationships.
I strongly believe in collaborating with individuals on how they wish to shape their lives and relationships based on their values.
I have training in Christian counseling and am a certified facilitator for the PREPARE/ENRICH program. I am currently working towards my license in Marriage and Family Therapy under the supervision of Amy Reamer, LMFT, RPT.
