I’m Courtney Holbrook, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 5+ years of experience. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with a couples and family lens, to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, soothe reactivity, and practice new ways of relating—to yourself and to each other.
