I practice remotely, by video and phone. I am licensed in the states of California, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. I am out of network with insurance. I am open to negotiating a rate and I am set up to help clients easily submit OON claims to insurance.
