If you are struggling to commuicate effectively and find yourselves having the same arguments over and over then I can help. As a therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy I help you gain an understanding of the dynamic between you. You'll learn what is going on emotionally when you argue and, in this way, learn new ways of communicating. You'll also learn how to identify what you emotional needs are and how to get them met. It may sound easy but it's actually challenging. The benefit is that you'll see long lasting change in your relationship as you learn to relate to one another in different, healthier ways.

Couples therapy is different from individual therapy so you need a therapist who is trained and experienced in understanding how relationships work, how to manage the issues involved, and what makes a relationship succeed.
