I have an adult practice providing individual and couples or relationship therapy. I work with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship issues. I employ a variety of tools and approaches in my work, using whatever best fits the needs of my client(s). I have a strong background and years of training in family systems theory and practice. Over recent years, I have done significant training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and work toward strengthing the bonds of attachment in the couples that I work with.
