Sometimes we get stuck in cycles that are so hard to stop. We try to change it in all ways possible and many times the changes only last so long. It is very importnat to recognize what is happening between you adn inside each one of you. When we go to this negative cycle, we are in a defensive state and it is very difficult to connect from that place. I help you recognize your dynamic (how you relate with one another) and what role each one of you have.
