I’m Beth Ostergaard, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience. My work centers on healing from trauma and abuse; addiction and alcohol use; anxiety, depression, and anger; attachment and communication challenges; bipolar disorder; body image; and codependency.
