Relationships thrive when partners are attuned to their own emotions and speak from their true centers of longing. I help those in romantic relationships strengthen their bond, improve communication, and build intimacy. My work is explicitly inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ identities and non-monogamous relationship structures.

A core focus of my practice is navigating the unique impacts of neurodiversity within relationships from a strongly affirming lens. Whether you are ADHD, Autistic, or otherwise neurodivergent, we work to develop environments and communication that honor every individual's way of being. I specialize in addressing how addiction, shame, and insecurity disrupt interpersonal dynamics. These patterns often begin as survival strategies but can grow into cycles of isolation, powerlessness, and reactivity that erode the relationship.

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, we move past the "fear-driven pursuit of happiness" toward inhabiting the raw fullness of your relationship. We'll honestly explore hurts from infidelity, neglect, or "slow-burn disconnection" to clear the ground for renewed trust. If the most loving step is separation, I support you in navigating that transition with clarity and compassion.

I offer a safe space where you can rediscover your "wild and glorious" selves amidst the beautiful mess of life. Together, we can build a connection that is steadfast amidst adversity and vibrant with possibility.
