For all of us, there are times in our lives when we need to seek out the right therapist, who can assist us in addressing those difficulties that stop us from getting the satisfaction that we want in life. I work with individuals facing emotional and life problems. I am a specialist in addressing anxiety, depression, and the trauma that often underlies these emotions. I am also a certified specialist in working with addictions of all kinds including alcohol, drugs, and behaviors like gambling, sex, shopping, and food.
I help individuals explore goals such as improving one's self esteem, managing one's mood, addressing trauma or phobias, examining past and current relationships, coping with life transitions, or reconsidering their use of substances and behaviors.
As a therapist with over a decade in this field, my primary goal is to establish a warm & shame-free therapeutic experience with my client. Together we will explore strategies to promote wellness and develop resilience and strength. My approach is collaborative, respectful, strength-based, and flexible.
