Individual, couple and family circumstances are all unique and require various techniques in order to address specific issues. Additionally, individuals and families are often limited in their time to be able to address such issues. Solution oriented therapy, once problem areas are identified, allows clients and their therapist to focus on moving quickly toward solutions by identifying exceptions to problem behavior and learning to practice those behaviors in our individual lives as well as in our relationships. Therapy sessions can be done in office as well as via video/telehealth, depending on your circumstances and comfort level.
