My primary focus is working with men and couples. Men come to me for help navigating some of life's biggest transitions. Waking up in midlife to realize you aren't living the life you had envisioned or being paralyzed to make a decision at 25 for fear of getting it wrong. I work with couples who are struggling to connect and communicate about hot button topics like money, sex and family.
With couples I use Relational Life Therapy, which focuses on identifying the heart of the conflict and teaches skills for couples to relate to one another better. RLT is more directive and allows me to help couples move from disharmony to repair faster than most. I also have extensive training in financial therapy, which focuses on helping couples understand and heal their relationship with money.
