My practice is devoted to supporting individuals, couples and their kids. If you want to do the work, improved communication and mutual understanding will help you make for a better future. Too many relationships function on "implicit" understandings. This results in feeling resentful, unappreciated or unloved. By learning to make our relationship dynamics more "explicit" we can work through our constraints to find balance and harmony. Sometimes "reconciliation" means being together as a couple and sometimes "reconciliation" means parting ways, but doing so respectfully. This is especially important if you have kids! Being at peace with yourself is the key!
Families are systems. When one part is not working well the rest of the system is compromised. Most commonly, that part is the children. Children need special support to not feel afraid and understand their parents' decisions. I will support your decision-making and help your kids to develop a healthier perspective for their lives.
