I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and I view the individual as part of a system, which is also called your family of origin. In this system, you have played a specific role, and whether your current role is in a family, in a business as a colleague, as an intimate partner, or as a friend, the patterns of the role you used to play in your original family system are being acted out and repeated in other areas of your life.
Most of us experience the constant pressure of having to measure up to family, friends, and social media, which makes being part of a fast-moving society an additional source of anxiety. There is so much to worry about, trying to control and to keep up with.

I am interested in working with people who feel stuck and want to make a change in their pattern to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you can shed those old patterns and explore what you want to do with your life.
I am also a Registered Play Therapist and specialize in the treatment of children 4 through 12. This treatment includes parent support session in which I help parents review and improve their parenting skills. In other words, parents gain insight to their parenting stressors and feel more confident in finding solutions in their relationships with their children.
