Sometimes it can feel like you’re one diaper explosion or sleepless night away from a full blown melt down. The middle of the night, alone with your baby can feel so isolating. I’ve been there. I’ve chosen to work with women postpartum due to my own postpartum struggles. My approach to therapy is to help create an environment where you can explore the strong emotions surrounding your experience postpartum and help create firmer boundaries, indulge in more effective self-care, and reduce the “mom guilt”.
