I provide a notebook/journal at the start of the appointment for clients to take notes, in order to make the most of the session. Easy relationship strengthening assignments are given each week that build on each other. Often the initial goal is to strengthen the connection between you and your partner and to improve the communication. You will be encouraged to jot down situations with your partner that went well and not-so-well from the previous week. We will discuss them.
