Relationship therapy offers a uniquely safe environment that allows everyone to be heard. Being honest and open about relationship struggles provide opportunities to reconnect with your partner(s) and change the relationship dynamic of “You vs. Me” to “Us vs. The Problem.”
I keep a balanced stance within relationship therapy in order to hear and understand each partner’s concerns, perspectives, and solutions. It is my goal to make the space as safe and accommodating as possible so each partner can share and address their worries, become vulnerable, and have their truths listened to and validated.
