When couples come to therapy, it can be for a wide range of reasons. Sometimes couples arrive deeply hurt and uncertain how to move forward, while other times couples are seeking guidance and strategies for improving a generally healthy relationship. I work with couples at all stages of their relationships.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I'm systemically trained, which means my focus is on each individual and the relationship. By looking at all the relational dynamics at play, we create an individualized plan for each couple. My primary goal is to assist my clients in creating the quality relationship they long for. In therapy, clients will find empathy, support, encouragement, and knowledge. I specialize in working with couples, and I have significant experience working with those who need to rebuild trust and emotional safety. As humans we are hard-wired for connection, and I strive to help all of my clients improve their relationships in order for them to feel that deep connection we crave.
