I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist who is interested in working with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and substance abuse. My main theoretical approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Person Centered.
  • I have xworked with clients who had Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Major Depressive, Alcohol and Drug use, PTSD, Anxiety, Chronic Pain issues, Developmental delays, and Educational problems. I have worked closely with families who are in the reunification process of CPS cases and individually with children in foster care and parents who are obtaining services in order to reunite with their children.
  • I practiced at MFI Recovery Inc. in San Jacinto, CA. where I ran trauma, grief, PTSD, and Substance Abuse and Meditation groups. I have ran dual diagnosis and process groups on recovery topics where clients were able to use art therapy as a way to express themselves and work through their issues in a relaxing and safe environment. I also worked with women in individual therapy processing trauma, grief, substance abuse, and self-harm using Cognitive Behavioral and EMDR therapy.
