Welcome to A Path to Change Counseling (All Are Welcome), Offices in Clermont Florida and Lake Mary Florida. I provide services for children, teenagers, adults, and couples, and am an approved mental health provider for the Lake County School System. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional, and Certified EMDR therapist, my goal is to create a tailored treatment plan to assist you with your personal and mental health goals.
I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapist. EMDR is used to treat Anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias • Chronic illness and medical issues • Depression and bipolar disorders • Eating Disorders • Grief and Loss • Pain • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and other stress-related disorders.
