My primary foundation is Narrative Therapy with an emphasis on Emotion Focused Therapy. Uncovering the underlying emotion and the meanings we make of our experiences helps us move from being victimized by our stories to re-authoring the meaning of our stories and thus allows us to have more helpful and authentic relationships with the people we love.
